📦 SHIPPING & DELIVERY FAQ

Where’s My Order?

Orders ship out from Los Angeles within 7-10 business days after SITE GOES OFFLINE.

Once your order ships, please allow 3–7 business days for delivery (within the U.S.).

If it’s been more than 2 weeks since your order shipped and you still haven’t received it, email us at dreamsruleverythingaroundme@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll help you out.

Please allow 24-48 business hours for a response from our team!


International Orders

For orders outside the U.S., shipping usually takes 2-4 weeks after your package leaves our warehouse. It might take longer depending on your country’s customs process.

Please note:

  • USPS doesn’t offer tracking for international shipments, but you’ll get a customs number.

  • Customs delays, fees, or duties are out of our control.

  • D.R.E.A.M is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged international packages.

Shipping Process

Once your order is packed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This just means it’s getting ready to ship—not that it has already left.

Your tracking may say “Pre-Transit” for a bit. This is normal, especially during busy seasons, since USPS picks up at different times.


After It Ships

Once your order leaves our hands, D.R.E.A.M is not responsible for delivery issues.
If your tracking says “Delivered” but you didn’t receive your package, please file a claim with USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, email us with a new shipping address and we’ll work with you to resend it.


Can I Cancel or Change My Order?

We generally don’t allow cancellations once an order is placed.
However, if you need to change your size or shipping address, email us at dreamsruleverythingaroundme@gmail.com right away with your order number—we’ll do our best to help before it ships.

Return Policy

Due to the limited edition and exclusive feature of our products and website, all orders are FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS. We will NOT ACCEPT returns or exchanges of any kind.


Reporting Defects

If you received a defective item, let us know before wearing or washing it or removing tags.

  • Discount codes must be used at checkout—we can’t apply them afterward.

  • We don’t price match past promotions, but reach out and we may offer a discount for your next order.

  • Promo items (like free gifts) must be returned if you return the rest of the order.

  • Promo codes can’t be combined unless specifically stated.
